I achieved my knowledge of case management while employed at New Behavioral Network as a Behavioral Intervention (2013-2015) and a Mobile Therapist (2015-Present). As a majority of my case management experiences was through on-job training, I have completed college courses that have assisted my knowledge of case management.
The New Behavioral Network provided training by several specialists and the company Clinical Supervisor who is a license LCSW to conduct various trainings to improve case management acknowledgement such as Assessment/Intake (Interviewing) Skills, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training, Documentation Skills, and Treatment Planning.

Theories of personality - The impact of personality upon such process as intelligence, anxiety, health, aggression, altruism and moral behaviors.
Family Counseling- A knowledge of family dynamic, social and cultural issues, and parenting education are needed as children dealing with issues of sexuality, child abuse, substance abuse, sex-equity, and the impact of special need children on the family structure.
Human Behavior and Child Development- This course is designed to provide knowledge of human behavior and child development to meet the needs of all children.
