When the employee feels stress they will feel demotivated to come to work and also will not perform better. When the employees are too stress they may experience sleep deprivation whereby it can impairs many types of performance: reduces the ability to concentrate; slows reaction time; and reduces the ability to remember and learn new facts and motor skills (Goel et al., 2009). The issue will resulted in low productivity by the employee and increase in the rate of absenteeism and may cause other disciplinary issues such as alcoholism, drug abuse and others. The employee will decide to rebel to show that they are not satisfied with their current workload and feels that they refuse to do the job according to the task given by their management.
