I told Ms Rosen, according to her and Kaar’s written statements, there was about a seven month period when she did not have contact with Kaar, then suddenly contacted him via Facebook with complaints of pain. I asked “when did the pain return?” According …show more content…
Her shoulder immediately felt like it was “hanging” and continued to hurt so she put the sling back on. When she went in for her follow-up appointment, she told Kaar it hurt and felt like her shoulder was hanging out of the socket.
She said Kaar is a very tall man and remembers him standing over her, and looking down at her. He told her the sensation was normal and they’d take care of it.
