Diane and Alan Johnson passed away on September 2, 2003. They were shot and killed at a close range and the suspect was the victims daughter, however; the suspect was not covered in blood and the lab technician had testified that the shooting was closed range, therefore; the perpetrator would be covered in blood from the blood splatter.
