A leader always should attain to his people’s need first, saving the city more than anything. Otherwise, on behave of Mr. Booker’s strategies were incredible and supportive and deliver an excellent duty to his city people first. He jumps out to help as soon as he received he message, help people out the snow that kind of a leader that people need.
Moreover, yes, social media played a great role in public decision making, in case of Bloomberg and Booker, Bloomberg was not using his resources right.
