CM Met Felix and Mahlon at the college and the reason of the meeting was to transit Felix’s case to his new CM , CM took the client’s binder from his previous CM. The new CM asked Felix the number of classes that he has and the major of his study. Felix’s new CM will send the direct deposit form to DCF. Felix mentioned that he has a Doctors appointment in 30 minutes so his new CM offered to drive him to the appointment at the Sports Medical center. Felix has a follow up appointment with his Doctor after he removed his cast from his arm. CM gave Felix her contact information and dropped him at 1 Orthopedics Dr, Peabody, MA
