Recently, Wallick acquired two mid-size apartment buildings, Sun Valley Townhomes and Brownstone Apartments. Both properties were obtained from TWG, a real estate development company based in Indiana.

Sun Valley is located in the rural city of Anderson. The community has a total of 80 units, which are a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.

Brownstone resides in northern Indianapolis. The community is made up of 95 studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, all of which are Section 8 assisted living units.

Later this year, Wallick plans to acquire six properties from National Church Residences. Four of those communities reside in Wisconsin, while the other two properties are in Ohio and West Virginia.
