What adjustments would you make at this point? Would you cancel the program or run it at a loss? Considering resources such as time, effort, and finances have already been consumed I will allow the program to continue. Firstly it may prove beneficial to change the due date for applicants to register by. The program has received 100 percent more inquiries than those of other LDC new programs launched in the past and the senior executives may simply just not had sufficient time to apply. After changing the due date I would exploit other means of marketing such as email blasts and calling the inquirers to communicate the change in dates. In addition I will seek data as to why the executives choose not attend the program.
Whether the new initiatives are successful or not the bottom line is that the program was meant to benefit other services LDC offers.
