Let me say begin by saying thank you for taking the time to read this email. I am inquiring about a recent order placed with one of your representatives, Izzy Dimir.
My wife and I attended the Expo at November 2016’s Las Vegas Rock N Roll Marathon. We tested your product and found much enjoyment in its use and can see its benefits. Your representatives were more than helpful and knowledgeable with all products.
On Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 7:18PM (CST) I contacted your company via the contact form and made an inquiry on ordering your product. Below is an excerpt of that email:
“Good evening,
I guessed correctly and found your product. I say that because we, my wife and I, tested out your product at the Expo at November's Las Vegas Rock N Roll Marathon. We enjoyed your product, but we lost the information that was given to us. Your two representatives that were at the booth on Saturday, November 12th were very helpful. Question? My credit card was charged for an amount of $375.00. This was for half of $750, a price quoted to me by Mr. Dimir. The charge was made at 5:15PM (PST) on December 23, 2016 with the “Square”, and it shows Adako Massage Chair as the business.
According to Mr. Dimir, I was supposed to receive an email indicating a tracking number and when to expect my product. The product was supposed to be ordered with other orders the next week; at the time, I was not informed if my order was placed.
On Monday, January 2, 2016 I sent Mr. Dimir another email to check the status of my order; below is an excerpt of that email: “Good morning,
I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy Holiday Season. I wish you a very Prosperous and Happy New Year.
I am checking on the status on my order. Please keep me posted.
