As discussed, the provider attempted to pick up the member for his scheduled dialysis appointment.
The driver waited for the member for 15 minutes, and the driver called the member and the member said he needed 10 more minutes. The driver could not wait, so the owner of the company went back and picked the member up for his appointment. However, owner informed they cannot wait that long. I appreciate your feedback.
