Good morning, Clay!

There were several instances that dispatches were escalated to FE due to extended downtimes. Although, FEs were dispatched and were onsite; but, we still send Burroughs techs or issues already resolved. Below were a few of those cases:

• Case 110743: Preston was working on this device Friday and tech showed up to replace a Cat5 cable
• Case 111286: a Burroughs tech was dispatched and showed up on Sunday even though Pascual was already on site working on a device
• Case 113258: FEs were dispatched and responded on a same day due to recycle alignment. Upon arrival to site, we learned this issue were resolved a day prior
• Case 104776: FE flew out to this site to learned that cabinet alignment already resolved.

Natalie explained to MSTT she found it hard to believe Daniel was diagnosised with ADHA and that is why she did not allow him to take the medication that the psychartist prescribed. Sherwin and Natalie agreed the ODD diagnosis is more accurate once MSTT explained the behaviors associated with the diagnosis.
