If someone work hard to overcome their weakness, they would grow as a learner compared to someone who is a natural genius. Mindsets are a type of belief and it can be easily changed. Mindset also connects to my beliefs because I believe that failure is not permanent. By learning from my mistakes, I can make sure that I know how to deal with the situation in case it happens again. For example, if I fail on a math test, instead of giving up and stop studying for the next test, with my growth mindset I can talk to a teacher for more help or I can study even harder on upcoming text.
