The Carmichael Organization has many factors affecting its day to day operations. Furthermore, it is how the leadership prioritizes and responds to these factors that truly lead to a positive or negative work environment. It's my assessment that in times when the company is being reactive responding to external forces such as deadlines on a large job, you start to work more for the product than for the people.
