It’s a way to uplift others and push them into being more professionally and personally. Fiorina has a passion for helping everyone she works with. The significance of her doing this is to show the nation that she is able to take the country to the next level. When everyone taps into the potential they have it makes the chances of success very high. Her vision is about people. This issue is relevant to the citizens of America because Fiorina being President affects everyone. Therefore, getting everyone involved, even women who are commonly left out will strengthen the country. One may assume that she her focus is just around women and removing the men. Well that would be untrue because she’s also reaching to the men as well. She understands that they are in position of power, but she wants to pull women up to be equal. She’s about helping all Americans and not just a gender. She may clash with many of the male candidates who feel as though women should have a domestic role then an interactive one when it comes to being a part of the work place. This can cause a lot of competing claims to come against her in this area because many may believe that women should be at home with the children, they’re not emotionally stable for the job, or they have to take more time off then men when it comes to personal
