Personality types have been measured from ancient days to present. There have been many tools and techniques developed. The frequently used and easiest technique has been The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) (Capraro and Capraro, 2002 The MBTI, based on Carl Jung's theory of human personality, was constructed by Isabel Myers in 1962. It was developed for personality assessment and classifying individuals into one of the sixteen possible personality types Vicky, T., & Tan Ngoh, T. (1999). Before you can discuss MBTI you have to understand its origin the MBTI is an instrument that helps individuals to identify the consistent and enduring patterns of how they use their brains. Extroverts are outgoing and want to be seen and heard it is like they are extra and must be accepted by anyone and everyone. There are not many people in my circle that I associate with myself with that is because I am careful who I associate with. Introverts home life is a quiet one if there was a choice go out or stay home, the choice would to stay home let everyone go. Just the silence and the tranquility and being alone makes for an enjoyable time at home. As in Introvert, this sees them as very different from an Extrovert in that they are outgoing, nor do they prefer to be “seen and heard.” Introverts do not believe in the “extra” personality nor do they believe that they must be accepted by anyone and everyone. They do not have many associates and is very careful with who they associate with. Introverts believe that it does not take much to make Introverts happy. Introverts do not have to be more like extroverts they do just fine being there selves. Contrary to what others may think, Introverts have a simple life. Introverts believe that the world is complicated, and if being an Introvert means less difficulty and more peace, then an Introvert is who one should

However, the way Pittenger tries to back up his flawed opinion by using confusing hypothesis, vocabulary, ideas and lacks longer counter sentences from others to argue against his opinion and uses longer sentences to back up his own opinion.
