I was shocked when he said about the people who was traveling with him in a plane. Some of them were going to work and some were going to meet their families and they were not even scared that they are in the world most dangerous flight. Again it was Carl Hoffman's luck that he and the other passengers landed safely but after landing that's what happened which Carl Hofman was scared of. The plane skidded off the end of the runway and 187 passengers died and some of were on the ground. That’s really sad news to hear. I really liked the last quote of this chapter, “Either your time comes or it doesn’t, and when it does there’s just not anything you can do about it.” This quote is so true.
