Defining a clear target group, which you can then specifically advertise, is a crucial requirement in a competitive environment.
Currently, the Caring Group of America (CGOA) is trying to reach everyone. Their advertising is targeted to individuals, “loved ones” and the entire family. Reaching everyone at the same time with the same advertisement is nearly impossible. Therefore, CGOA should define a clear target group or split “everyone” into a few segmented groups, which can then be addressed by different advertising campaigns.
One target group is individuals older than 50 years who are looking for an in-home care. This person might just feel alone and need a companion who is able to drive him to places like libraries and movies and play
