The motto of Cargoina is “In Crates We Trust” due to Cargoina 's history with manufacturing and international shipping. The northern parts country are mostly industrialized while the southern parts of the country are mostly rural and produce food for the country. The far north of Cargoina is mostly uninhabited. The seal of our country is a brown shield with a gold outline on the edge. In the middle of the shield there is a phoenix, and under the Phoenix is the words “We Deliver”. The people of the United States were outraged as well, starting a civil war between the United States and its people. Two years, later on, June 19th, 1948 the president of the United States was taken captive and killed by a group of Canadian soldiers and US rebels. The United Federation of Cargoina is a constitutional authoritarian federation government (Boix, Svolik, 2013). This means my government splits its powers between the states and the people while reserving the final say for itself. The government has several levels of structure that have different responsibilities and powers. At the local level, any town with a population of 5,000 persons or more is entitled to create their own local government capable of passing valid laws so long as each law does not interfere at a district or state level. Amendment two, Every citizen of this great nation has the right to be treated equally in all aspects of life regardless of race or gender so long as that person is abiding by the law of the land.
