1. There are many Programs that a citizens can get involved in. Some of these programs are the citizen corps and the blue campaign. The citizen corps are organizations that help the community in the time of need. FEMA is one of these organizations. When a disaster occurs and people are needed to help other people FEMA in the help. The Blue campaign is a program the is designed to help with the problem of trafficking of humans for drug related uses and other uses.
