Careerbuilder.com survey informs us that the most common bosses are the buddy boss, the missing boss, the tyrant boss, the paranoid boss, and the ancient boss. This survey tells us that 49% of bosses are considered "buddy bosses" or bosses who attempt to be the employee's friend. According to the careerbuilder.com survey, the missing boss consists of 23% of all bosses. This is usually the type of boss who rarely shows up for work. Another type of boss is the tyrant boss who may fire his or her employees even if they make a minor mistake. The survey identifies the tyrant boss as 12% of all bosses. Next, we have the paranoid boss who thinks his or her employees are conspiring to take his or her job. The careerbuilder.com survey tells us that
