I am a sophomore Kinesiology major and in order to be considered “On Track” I had to take a communication through writing course. I chose this course because I believe it would be most beneficial for my future career, and Bioethics did not fit into my schedule. My dream is to become an orthopedic surgeon and both communication and writing play a major role in the medical profession. As stated previously, I am currently studying kinesiology and while in school a short term goal for me would be to work in the Anderson Training Center as the assistant to the athletic trainer. This position will allow me to gain further insight on the sports medicine profession and get hands-on experience with student athletes.
