What I found surprising, was that education and training was a recommended field for someone with my interests in the career cluster assessment. Learners of education and training need a strong background of presentation/facilitation skills and I am not a person who particularly enjoys presenting information to people in a group setting. I find speeches to be nerve-wracking and anxiety inducing. I do enjoy sharing my ideas with others; however, sharing ideas in front of large groups of people is not something I enjoy.
