After speaking with a local teacher, I have actually decided to switch my career goals. Instead of Teaching at the High School level, I have decided that I want to get into the business field; Primarily, Entreprenuership. I have since talked to several local business owners who have started businesses similar to what I would like to start. After looking through MyPlan, I saw that Music Production would be a good a fit for someone like myself, and have since decided that I would like to open a music venue.

When adding in the music portion of it, you add even more. One of the rewards that I found seriously affects myself is that I have the ability to be my own boss. Being my own boss allows me to make the rules, and set forth the ideas I feel will make the business successful. Another benefit is that by opening a music venue you give people a positive enviroment in which to thrive it. In quite a few cities, the areas that have had music venues open in them have flourished with other businesses, due to the fact that you are bring more consumers into the area, which is great for the economy. The pay is one of the last things I worry about as a reward. I only need to make enough to get by, as long as the business is doing well, and constantly growing.
The outlook on the future looks great. I can see myself, after a few years of collge and degree in business, opening a successful and positive business within the local community. Some of the people that I've spoken to have a different view however. They tend to feel that our city is on a decline for many reasons. I feel the complete opposite. We have a large group of people that are fighting to expand the city and make it a hustling, bustling place once again. All it takes is one person to make that difference and make that change, and everything will fall perfectly into
