1. The clubs I have participated were Future Business Leaders of America and Family, Careers, and Community Leaders of America. My leadership positions in the foresaid clubs were parliamentarian in the Future Business Leaders of America, and I was the reporter for Family, Careers, and Community Leaders of America. One of Achievements is earning a silver level for Career Readiness Certification which I had taken in Morrilton. My involvement in my community was that I spent three years as an assistant for my local Catholic Church; my objectives included cleaning up the classroom before and after the lessons, find activities for the children and print them out, and from time to time I was allowed to teach the children a lesson based on a lesson that was talked about in the Bible. …show more content…
My career goal is working in the field of Psychology after earning my Bachelor’s Degree and hopefully be able to work in a Psychiatric Hospital. I plan to achieve there goals by being a full-time student at Arkansas Tech University and come to class well prepared to learn and study for my future career.
3. I am the first child of my family of four that will be attending Arkansas Tech University next year. I have two working parents and a sibling that is in Elementary School and who also hopes that he can also be part of Arkansas Tech when he graduates in the future, I am also a First Generation American Citizen along with my brother
4. This scholarship means a lot to me because it will help me not be overwhelmed by how much my parents and I would have to pay and I can be a bit calmer and have a better time at college without the financial
