1. Introductions
A record is the product of administrative activities in the organization. Both profit and non-profit organizations generate the records from financial transactions, correspondences, employment histories, and contracts. In fact, Brain Injury Networks of South Australia (BINSA Inc.) produces the records corresponding with: financial transactions and client’s services. BINSA Inc. should organize those records because the records have significant roles to support valid data. Thus, BINSA Inc. can provide accountable reports by using valid data. The records are required by BINSA Inc. to support accountability.

The second stage of record management project in BINSA Inc. has commenced since August 2015 and the project finished at 2 November 2015. The length of the project is approximately 15 weeks or equal with 120 hours. The conceptual framework in the project is presented in the appendix 1.
The second project achieved significant progress. In general, the project solves the problems in records management and provided the retrieval records tool. Firstly, the project members overcome the unsystematic filing and unsystematic storage by using chronological order. The records are arranged in the ascending order. The records also were expanded into four new subjects, namely: advocacy records, financial records, staff records, and reconnect transition program records. Then, the project members prepare the instruction of organizing records. Secondly, the project members developed the retrieving records application. In this application, the project members provide three menus, namely: search engine menu, data entry menu, and check out menu. The purposes of this application are to manage records, to recall the records, and to control the records’ transactions. The project members also prepare a manual of retrieval records application and digitize 129 electronics records. The details of framework and project progress are presented in the appendix 1, 2, 3

applies a simple model due to the project scale. The model provides guidelines for the project members and the project’s stakeholder to distribute tasks and responsibilities. The brief job position and job description avoid overlapping responsibilities among project members and support controlling and communicating mechanisms. In fact, a minor problem regarding personnel rotation has occurred in the first stage of project. This circumstance will be discussed in the roadblocks. In general, applying simple model gives benefit to the project members and the stakeholders because both of them can avoid overlapping responsibilities.
