A child's future becomes affected via influences, personal experiences, organizational involvement, interactions, and so on. Effective career goals and educational paths begin with properly formulated programs designed to promote positivity and growth. Children are a special population of people that deserve the essential elements for their future. Early childhood is a special time, not to write a resume but a time for growth and a time for a child to learn who he or she is and discover interests. During early childhood years, a young mind is absorbing knowledge almost like a sponge. It is important to take this time of learning and help a child build on skills and use imagination.

There would be standard assessments for all children but also individual assessments based upon need. Therefore, screenings should be performed on each child. Bayley Infant Neurodevelopmental Screener (BINS) would indicate developmental delays or impairments. This can be useful for ages 3-24 months. This is a short test but is considered reliable and valid. This can be a very useful tool and should be incorporated into a child's plan if necessary. When leaving the center, children would be able to handle the world better, be more prepared, but also have a better understanding of self. Learning about self can be inspiring and provide self-confidence. In addition, provide and plan a comprehensive plan to aid in transition into kindergarten. In addition to these goals, aiding parents in providing a more positive environment would also be beneficial to the children. Therefore, once per week, a parent's night gathering would help the parents and provide additional support while learning new techniques that can be useful at home. This not only helps the child and parent formulate a tighter bond but also stimulates healthy brain development. Ultimately, the goal of the center would be academic
