I respectfully request permission to participate in the Navy Career Intermission Program for duration of 24 months, commencing March 2017, due to the desire to take a step away from active duty to continue to pursue educational goals and taking care of immediate family full time. I would like to become more engaged and devote more time to my school age children and support my Senior Enlisted Active Duty Spouse. My intent is to get a head start on the next chapter in my life and be able to return to the United States Navy recharged, with a more diverse and experienced skillset. I recently completed my Associate of Arts, major in Nursing Degree, and currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Degree Program. As well
