The average annual wage for a surgeon is about $200, 000-$300, 000. However, I also have to consider the fact that this is the average salary, not the starting salary. When I first start my job I will make a very small amount of money. There will also be a lot of job growth in this industry, as there is a lot of expansion in this factor of careers. The demand for physicians is growing rapidly and this includes surgeons because surgeons are physicians that are specialized. For this very reason, medical schools are increasing their enrollments.
