athlete steps out onto their specific playing field they face a potentially career-ending injury.
As a dancer, I have seen numerous amounts of injuries while performing. Sports injuries are
some of the most common injuries that doctors see. For serious athletes an injury can be
detrimental to their career. Being out of the arena for too long can cause them to be weak and out

When asked why he believes that it is important he told me that no one likes to be hurt.
“Some of those injuries can be permanent and may even take someone out of a sport,” Kaden told me. I asked Kaden if he thought that helping athletes to receive a respectable education on preventing injuries and properly taking care of an injury could help to solve the problem. He said that he would certainly appreciate knowing how to prevent injuries in his sport.
“I think telling people who play sports how to stay safe will at least help the problem. Maybe not solve it, but definitely help,” Kaden replied. I asked him to explain why he thought that education would not solve the problem. He simply told me that you cannot ever stop people from hurting themselves. It will happen no matter what we do. But, helping to educate athletes on how to play safe will most certainly improve the situation. When asked if he thought if there might be any other possible solutions to the problem, Kaden told me that he’d never really thought about it before.
