Career cluster six is finance. When you work in finance you have to work with people. Finance is all about helping people whether you are a customer service reprehensive, or a title examiner. A title examiner is someone who reads over policies or contracts for their clients and then make sure that these documents are legal.

There are many sections of title examiners. For example you could either be in the legal services area of title examiners or insurance carrier title examiner. As of 2002, 48,060 are title examiners in many different fields. According to Us department of labor statistics, In Mississippi the average person makes around, $19,740 per year.
