By being responsible I will be able to keep track of all of my crews and there jobs, and I will also be able to keep track of all of the paper work. I also have to keep track all of the expenses and profits. I need to be aware of my surroundings because I need to make sure my employees are taking care of the equipment and doing a good job. I need to take risk because it can make the business better or it can make the business bank erupt. By being a leader and hard working I can teach my employees and be able to all the jobs I need in order to run the company.
