The needs of those in care relief vary from person to person so does their perception of their health, trust, expectations. One type of need specific to the Care relief issues is the perceived. A perceived need is an unobservable need, it’s what people think their needs are or feel their needs to be (Kettner, 2012). When patients are cared for by Care relief they and their families expect their needs to be provided for. Although perceptions vary significant changes have to be made with employee and management issue’s which include inattentiveness, tardiness and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
