To use the 2015 CARE Neighborhood Survey data, permission was received from the Primary Investigator and CARE Director. In addition, an Institutional Review Board (IRB) application will be submitted to the IRB at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) and an IRB amendment will be submitted to Yale University in order to receive approval for conducting this study. The IRB application will emphasize that a secondary analysis will be performed using previously collected data. Once the proposed study has ended, a research completion form will be submitted to the SCSU IRB and other appropriate parties. A copy of the IRB application is presented in Appendix A.
