The career I would like to obtain when I am older is a cardiothoracic surgeon. A cardiothoracic surgeon is one who performs surgical procedures on the heart, lungs, esophagus, and all organs in the heart. I am interested in this career path because I have always wanted to have a career pertaining to surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery captivates me. I first knew about cardio thoracic surgery when I was watching Grey’s Anatomy, and yes I know that Grey’s Anatomy is not real, but I did more research on the topic and became fascinated with the idea of becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon. Let me tell you all about cardiothoracic surgery in this essay.
