Nurse educator directly educates staff members through annual competencies, providing information regarding policies and procedures to staff, clinical audits and in service for new product. While cardiothoracic NP educate patients and their families on how to maintain their health status. The nurse educator applied for the position while the NP was chosen to have the role.
