Cardiorespiratory Fitness: Is very important it dealing with you heart and lungs. It is what gives oxygen to your muscles while prolonged physical activity.
Muscular Strength: Is when your body is dealing with maximum force to your muscles which happen while lifting, pushing, or pressing something with force. This keeps your skeleton aligned and balance and other things.
Muscular Endurance: When you are using exert force or keeping a steady force over a period of time with out hurting self. A sit up is an example of this.
Flexibility: When you are moving body full ranges of motion. An example is like touching your toes by bending to touch your toes is flexibility. Doing a lot of bending and reaching doing this. Doing this can relief muscle
