Cardio Training Benefits

While taking this cardio training class I have learned about how cardio training can benefit you in everyday life. Previously the only cardio I did was forced in sports practice, or when I was vigorously moving my body in every way possible while strapped to the teeth in saran wrap trying to lose weight and I feel like this gave me a negative outlook on cardio because I overlooked the true purpose of it. The benefits of having cardiovascular endurance, knowing the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise, and how and how often to train are almost literally endless, and reading this you will be able to understand enough of the basics to reap these benefits.

In layman’s terms this means it’s basically how efficient your body is at getting vital materials to your cells to keep them functioning at optimal performance. The stronger and more efficient your cardiovascular system is the longer and harder you can force your body to work at any level of exertion. This is very important to feeling strong and healthy while you do anything be it exercise or even just walking around day to day.

Cardiovascular endurance applies to anything you do whether its anaerobic or aerobic, but beware these two terms mean very different things and apply to different activities. Knowing the difference can help you more efficiently train your body to withstand whatever you put it through in life.
