I am a sports enthusiast that truly believe in the benefits of cardio exercises. Ever since I joined the National Cadet Corps(NCC) when I was 12, I was exposed to various land and water sports and since then I fell in love with sports. Literally nothing could stop me from exercising and trying out new sport, because even after suffering from a slip-disc from military training in 2012, I went on to pick up martial arts after I have completed my physiotherapy treatment in
