When I first walked into the murphy center I really excited and ready to start. I was really interested in how I would perform throughout the whole activity. I already knew that I was a pretty active person so I felt like doing it would be a piece of cake. When I was looking over the activity paper I estimated that I would be in an excellent class for the one mile walk norms.
I don’t tend to do much fast walking I mainly work on weight lifting when I’m in the gym. During the activity It was kind of hard to walk as fast as I could without wanting to take off running. The first two laps around the track I felt somewhat tired because I was focusing a lot of my energy into walking and not running.
