Some years ago Dr Robert Atkins released a brand new diet known as the atkins diet. My current diet of consumption of carbohydrates is over its 191g and should be around 125g. In my diet I’m getting to much carbohydrates and I will need to limit this. My current diet of consumption for fiber is currently under the target goal of 25g, it is 16g. So with this information I need to increase my intake of fibers and decrease my intake of carbohydrates.
