Introduction

I want to thank you and congratulate you for downloading the book, “Cycling Diet and carb Cycling”.
Carb cycling is an eating plan that alternates between high carbohydrates and low carbohydrates days. This has been shown to promote weight loss and muscle growth. Carbohydrates, more than any other food group, have a large effect on how our body performs and looks. Contrary to popular belief, limiting carbohydrates intake might have a negative effect on your overall health.
The cycling diet has reward meals, or reward days where you get to eat your favorite foods. This works well in the long term where you get to eat healthy foods, eat the foods you love on the reward days, lose weight and have overall good health. Following
