Nobody likes getting into a car crash. In your life there is a 50% chance that you are going to get into a car crash. If you get into a car crash you always need to stop. If someone has been seriously injured in a car crash call police immediately. Try to find someone or perform first aid yourself. You never want to move someone that has been in a car crash. You can move the person to avoid further injury. If someone is hurt and you fail to stop for them it can result in a third degree felony. If you get into a car crash and it’s only property damage. Try and pull your vehicle off to the side of the road. If the car crash results in injury, death, or $1,500 worth of property damage always call police.
