Based on this case study, we have given some recommendations. We suggest that Henry could add one more operator for step 3 and step 4 to finish the task, which could save more time and shrink the cost. Henry also could use the computer to exam the layout process which one is best for the firm. According to this case study, we realize the processing of designing and making process layout.
