Car and Motorcycle Tire Wear, How to Prevent It?

The condition of your tires should be a concern. Without the proper threading on your car or motorcycle tires, you run a higher risk of being involved in an accident or causing more problems. Too little threading makes it difficult for the tires to grip the roads, especially when the roads are wet which can cause the car or motorcycle to swerve out of control. While reducing speeds in wet conditions can help you better maintain control of your vehicle you will want to ensure the tire threads are sufficient enough to keep you more safe. How do you know when your tires are ready to be replaced and what can your do to help prevent unnecessary wear?

How to Check The Thread Depth of your Motorcycle

If you are unsure of the depth of your tire threads there are a few ways to test them.
1.) Most tires have wear bars designed into the tire. These can be found at various location around the tire and serve as an indicator for when the tire threads have worn down to 2/32 of an inch. They allow you to visually see the depth of the threads without actually having to have them measured. When you notice the threads have worn down to the indicator bars it is time to replace your tires.

2.) The most common way people check the thread on their tires is using the penny test. If you have a US penny handy you can use this to check the depth of the threads. Just place the penny with the Lincoln head facing upside down in between the threads. If his head is visible then you need to replace the tires, if his head is hidden in between the threads then the threads are at least 2/32 of an inch.

After reviewing all the evidence I have come to the conclusion that Matthew Maloy Murdered Robert Burlington. I have come to this conclusion using entomology and through the use of fingerprint, blood, tire track, and hair analysis. The fingerprint tests´ showed us that the only people who touched the bloody tire iron were Nicole Burlington and Matthew Maloy. Nicole Burlington is the spouse of the victim so her touching the item is reasonable but Matthew Maloy touching it is strange especially because we later learned Matthew Maloy shares the same blood type found on the tire iron meaning this was possibly the murder weapon.…

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Germantown, MD) When the check engine light comes on in a vehicle, the owner typically panics, assuming a large repair bill is in his or her future. Surprisingly, BrandonGaille.com reports this warning often comes as a result of a gas cap that is loose, missing or damaged, and inspections for a loose gas cap were the second most common vehicle fix in 2010. When any warning light comes on in a vehicle, the driver needs to have it investigated immediately, and Milestone Liberty can be of assistance in determining where the problem lies and what repairs are needed, if any. "A loose gas cap may not appear to be a major problem at first, yet 147 million gallons of gas evaporate each year at the result of this issue.…

In conjunction with the standard speed loss equation, the sine value is applied to the coefficient of friction value. The coefficient of friction value of .750 for the asphalt roadway I utilized, was based on skid testing conducted at the crash scene by Detective Carter # 181968. The result based on this analysis is a speed loss of approximately 23.82 miles per hour during…

This will begin the grassroots campaign which New Belgium has thrived upon throughout their history.
