Captivity of marine life in aquariums has taken a whole new approach to mental and physical destruction of these beautiful creatures. The most common captured animals that have shown such torment are dolphins and orca whales. These animals are being neglected of their true origin and are being forced behave in an unproductive manner. Most of these animals are dying off due to this. Banning of this animals captivity in aquariums and parks should take place because they are showing signs of depression from living styles, are being torn away from their families, abuse from humans/animals, and unnatural breeding causing death.
If we talk about their living environment they are held in a small tank where they are not allowed to swim and inhabit their natural behaviors like they would in the ocean. Animals are used to swimming in vase amount of water at certain speeds, but, in aquariums they roam around in circles with less water leading them to a mental state. Lets take the orca for example. Male orcas can weigh up to eight thousand pounds and a female can weigh up to five thousand pounds. When breaded some are successful and some are not. These breeds do not last very long and die off. So many baby animals are born stillborn because they have not breaded them correctly. Even if breeds survived they would be isolated from their mother and father and kept in a tank. Where they would be lonely and miserable.
