1.First of all, a team is a group with a specific goal not like a common group just work together. The team always work efficient more than the group. The members in a team they also have different roles. Therefore, they do their job more efficient than the group. They always have different focus in their groups. They all have specific skills that they are good at. Then it makes them become a group.
In addition, the superheroes is a team because they have a specific goal that they want to achieve. For example, they are getting together to protect our world. Every different superhero also has their different specific role when they have a war. For example, Captain American is the leader for the whole team. He told others what they should do

According to the system theory in the textbook, “Perhaps the most prevalent and promising approach to small group communication is systems theory, because it is flexible enough to encompass the vast array of variables that influence group and team interaction (40).” This theory has a similar rule based on what I saw about the superheroes from the movie. They are unity and they are flexible.
When I just saw the movie, I thought all of the superheroes are really flexible person. They seem do not really want to work together. They are fight with each other and they do not like each other. As the time goes, they start to trust each other and work with each other. However, they are individually having different superpower, they do not always work with each other. They are flexible. Therefore, it makes them suitable for system theory.
At last, the superheroes are also work really unity and efficient. It also makes them suitable for system theory. For example, although they individually having different super power, they work together to become more efficient. They interacted with each others and influenced each other with not only physically but also emotionally. All in all, they are showing about system theory through the
