We’re officially one week removed from what many are calling the biggest blockbuster of the summer - Captain America: Civil War. Typically, whenever a monster (no pun intended) hit of this magnitude makes landfall, rival movie studios are smart enough to steer clear of putting any potential moneymaker against it one week later - from fear that it will be drowned out by the moviegoers that decided to wait a week before indulging in viewing said blockbuster.

On the latest edition of his TV program, Money Monster, Gates is supposed to be interviewing Walt Camby (Dominic West), the CEO of a company that had just lost $800 million the day before, due to a mysterious technical glitch.

The investors of the company took a heavy hit, stemming from Lee’s advice to buy heavily into the company several days prior. As a result, a man named Kyle Budwell (Jack O'Connell) storms the set while the show is live - and takes Lee, along with the rest of the crew, including film producer, Patty Fenn (Julia Roberts), hostage. He holds them at gunpoint and places a bomb jacket on Lee - and demands an explanation from Lee and Walt Camby, who was supposed to appear on the problem, but
