Hercules and Captain America come from different eras. They are similar in some ways and different in a lot of ways. Hercules is a demi-god and Captain America is a science experiment. Although, they are different characters, Hercules and Captain America can be compared by their past and by what they are capable of.
Captain America is a Marvel character. He is a part of S.H.I.E.L.D with many other super heroes. Captain America’s power is his strength and his shield. His shield is made out of vibranium which is also steel alloy. It is stronger than adamantium. Adamantium is a steel that Dr. MacLain made to replicate what the shield is made out of. Captain America did not become strong on his own or was born with it like Hercules. Captain America

He is the son of Zeus and the mortal Alcmene. Hercules has a brother named Iphicles that is the son of Alcmene and her mortal husband Amphitryon. Alcmene made love to Zeus and Amphitryon the same night. Zeus’ wife Hera found out about Hercules and was jealous of him and wanted him dead. When Hercules was still a baby, Hera sent two snakes into Hercules’ crib to try and kill him. To everyone’s surprise, Hercules was sitting up in his crib with a snake in each of his hands. Later on in life, Hercules grew up and proved to everyone he is a master of superhuman strength. Hercules did something and it made Hera mad. Hera put Hercules under a spell and he killed his wife Megara and his 2 daughters. When he got out of the spell, he saw the dead bodies and blood all over his hands. He blamed himself for the incident, so he went to go ask King Eurystheus of Mycenae for help to regain his honor. The king didn’t know what to do so he prayed to the gods and Hera came to “help” him. Hercules was told to do 12 labors in order to become an honorable man again. Captain America doesn’t need to be an honorable man again, but Hercules and Captain America do have some things in common and some
