Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to read and post. As far as your question on how both sections specifically impacting me and my learning process at Capella is outstanding. Capella made the process of learning a smooth transition for me as long as I stay abreast of my learning, and doing my assignments on a timely manner. I found these two topics resonate with my professional goals because they aligned with my goals. For example, I am an internal individual who describes as being locus of control. As an internal individual my beliefs is that I control my thinking and make decision that is right for me.
