Worked to pull team members together into a cooperative, supportive, and highly successful team by engaging with each member for input to taskers and suspenses. Created an environment of support, boosting the confidence of individual team members, allowing them to do their best by providing verbal and written guidelines. This resulted in logistics items being shipped to support other programs, (example Maingates.)
